My Story
ARYO was founded on a simple belief: every young person deserves opportunities to move, learn, and thrive in ways that recognize their unique strengths and abilities.
As a researcher, educator, kinesiologist, and aquatic specialist, I have dedicated my career to understanding how movement can support development, participation, health, and well-being across the lifespan.
I hold a PhD in Sport Sciences and Physical Activity, with specialized expertise in Motor Development and adapted physical activity. For more than a decade, I have worked with children, youth, and young adults with diverse abilities and developmental needs in community, educational, research, and aquatic settings.
Throughout my career, I have explored and studied a wide range of interventions—including land-based, aquatic, and technology-assisted approaches—to better understand how movement can enhance physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the unique journey of every child and strengthened my passion for supporting families in meaningful and practical ways.
ARYO brings together the knowledge, experience, and values that have guided my life’s work. What I offer is not simply a service—it reflects what I genuinely believe in and have devoted years to studying, practicing, and sharing with others.
Whether you are seeking guidance, consultation, aquatic programming, or a personalized physical activity plan, my goal is to work alongside you to create experiences that align with your young one’s developmental stage, interests, strengths, and goals.
My team and I are honored to be part of your family’s journey and look forward to helping your child build confidence, competence, and a lifelong connection to movement.
